DOMESTIC ORDERS

Valid Days of Exchange: Any article purchased online can be exchanged  within 7 days, once
the article has been delivered.
Conditions Qualified for Exchange: Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all
tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. Also, state a
valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected, in wrong size, or
incorrect. If customers are dissatisfied with the item or have ordered and received the size that
won’t fit them then the customer would have to bear the shipping charges (Returning address will
be shared).
Items not Allowed for Exchange:  Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.
Articles purchased on discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange. For sale orders,
exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than

International Orders:


Currently, AnshaPradaz does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders.
However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer
care department for further help.
Note:  Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them
with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints
timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.


RETURN POLICY:
ANSHAPRADAZ does not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an
exchange for your article. Please refer to the above-mentioned Exchange policy for this.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid
for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please study your
coupon carefully for further details.

ORDER CANCELLATION:


Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with order
tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy
will be applicable to your order.
Ansha Pradaz holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock,
pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

 

STITCHING POLICY:

All stitched orders are made according to standard size , as per mentioned on our size chart.
However , if a customer requires custom stitching (stitching according to their own measurement)
than customer has to choose custom tab and fill out the form provided.
A standard sleeveless lining is provided with stitched dresses covering the back and front.
Strapped lining is for shoot purpose only. If customer want full sleeves lining, it has separate
charges.
 Changes can be made within 3 working days after placing the order.
 Please refer to the image (model wearing the dress) in regard to the styling.

PAYMENT METHOD :
Local Customer: All customized stitched orders will need to be paid full amount in advance.
Customer Care team will share bank details once the order is confirmed.
International Customer: They have to pay full balance via credit/debit card or via bank transfer.
Details will be shared once order is confirmed.
Expected delivery time:
 Unstitched within 5-7 working days.
 Stitched 25 working days.
 Customized stitching orders may require additional 7 business days for completion.
Note : Any public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays in between the days are non working days.

 For Unstitched & Pret: 5-7 Working Days
 For Stitched: 25 Working Days
Note: Any public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays in between the days are non-working days.

Shipping Charges:
Within Pakistan: MAY CHANGED ACCORDING TO LOCATION
Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout
based on the size of package and destination.

Order Tracking:
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier
information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well. You can log onto
the courier website and track your order.

Customs and Duties:
Customers may be charged customs and duties by their country upon delivery of their order
which they will have to pay in order to receive the package. We do not know a certain amount as
it is charged by the delivery destination and not by us so it is not under our control.
Please know that if the customer fails to respond on time and the package is marked abandoned
& destroyed at the destination then no refund claims can be made by the customer.
If the package has already been shipped and customer refuses to pay the charges, company has
every right to get the package back and deduct the following charges from the refund
1. Initial shipping paid with the order.
2. Return shipping charges.
3. Any tax/duties charged to Ansha Pradaz upon return.
